Throughout the season, many occasions arise where photographs of the athlete may be taken.  These occasions include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Practice

2. Tournament Games

3. Special Recognitions

4. Team Photos

These photographs maybe used to promote London Elite Volleyball Club and their athletes through newspaper, the London Elite website, and various social media pages.  In order to do so, London Elite Volleyball Club requires a parent permission form on file.
